We still strive for 48-hour delivery; however, delivery time is dependent on your local retailer. During the checkout process, the arrival time for each shipping option will be shown.

Returns

You must return the product within 30 calendar days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. The substance must be in the same state in which it was received and must be undamaged. Our team of experts will inspect your item and process your refund.

The funds would be returned to the initial payment form used during the transaction. It may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit/debit card statement for credit/debit card purchases.

You would not be eligible for a refund if the product is damaged in some way or if you initiate the return after 30 calendar days have passed. If something is missing or you have additional concerns, please contact our customer service team.
