I have got lots of plastic scrapers which are a bit flimsy and have been looking for something more sturdy for a while. This scraper is just the job. It's nice and tall for my taller cakes. It's easy to handle and a great addition to my baking tools.

Always get smooth effect on you buttercream or swiss meringue! Have not tested it with ganache but I bet outcome will be pure perfection. It is much better than plastic versions as I icing sticks to it much less. And I love the factor has a ruller!!!

I like the measurements in inches and cm, very helpful and have used to measure all sorts of things! I am a novice at cake decorating, maybe felt a little heavy and no grip but then again I have never worked with a plastic one so what do I know.
